COMPLAINTS
R&H has a documented process for handling client complaints to ensure that all client concerns are resolved in a transparent, effective, and efficient manner. Should you have a concern, please email complaints@rawlinson-hunter.bm providing full details on the matter. R&H will, acknowledge your correspondence by return email, log this entry in our complaints register to initiate further review and provide you with a detailed written response to the concern within a reasonable period. Once a satisfactory resolution is accepted by both parties and confirmed in writing, a notation will be made in our complaints register to close the issue.
