COMPLAINTS R&H has a documented process for handling client complaints to ensure that all client concerns are resolved in a transparent, effective, and efficient manner. Should you have a concern, please email complaints@rawlinson-hunter.bm providing full details on the matter. R&H will, acknowledge your correspondence by return email, log this entry in our complaints register to initiate further review and provide you with a detailed written response to the concern within a reasonable period. Once a satisfactory resolution is accepted by both parties and confirmed in writing, a notation will be made in our complaints register to close the issue. He has been key to the growth of the R&H Bermuda in the past few years, where he has been involved in expanding our traditional client base to regions such as Latin America and Asia. Having previously worked for a Big Four accounting firm, Ryan has significant experience (and exceptional understanding of the international private client industry) in all areas including accounting, trust and corporate services. He is committed to offering quality client services. He assists his international client base with the establishment of Bermuda PTC’s trusts and companies, supporting their ongoing accounting, administration and regulatory requirements. Internally, he oversees the continued development of systems and cybersecurity, and improving their efficiencies. Ryan is a qualified accountant with CAANZ, CPA Bermuda and also a full member of STEP. Ryan is active in Bermuda’s private client industry and is on the committee of the Bermuda Association of Licensed Trustees. Expertise

Jim has been involved in Bermuda’s trust industry for over 25 years. He is a director of the Firm’s trust company as well as a number of client companies. He has also acted as protector and executor. Jim works closely with clients and their financial, tax and legal advisors, as well as with bankers and investment advisors. Many of his client arrangements are structured through family offices and private trust companies. Jim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Bermuda.
